Following our kick-off forum at the end of October, we reviewed all ideas and outcomes from the world café and systematically documented them. In the meantime, three working groups have been established, each consisting of representatives from companies, employment services, the Hochschule Rhein-Waal, the IT sector, and STAY2GROW.

Together, we are working intensively to sustainably improve the living, studying, and working conditions of international students in the wir4 region, while also helping to address the shortage of skilled workers.
The working groups are very welcome to continue growing. Companies and students are cordially invited to get involved!
