Our aim is to support international students, graduates and dropouts integrate holistically into the wir4 region, motivating them to build a future here and work as qualified specialists in local companies. In the initial research phase, the challenges and needs of companies and students were examined, and the experiences of other relevant stakeholders were gathered.
The results form the basis for the second phase of the project: Together with committed individuals from universities, businesses and other relevant areas such as culture, sport and voluntary work, as well as interested citizens, we are creating networks and developing measures in the following areas:
In order to successfully keep these (future) qualified specialists in the region, STAY2GROW aims to develop concrete and tailor-made measures. The project’s success builds on the cooperation of a wide variety of stakeholders – we are constantly expanding our network.
