{"id":872,"date":"2026-03-26T15:24:21","date_gmt":"2026-03-26T14:24:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stay2grow.de\/?p=872"},"modified":"2026-03-26T15:24:21","modified_gmt":"2026-03-26T14:24:21","slug":"stay2grow-auf-der-regionalpolitischen-jahrestagung-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stay2grow.de\/en\/stay2grow-auf-der-regionalpolitischen-jahrestagung-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"STAY2GROW at the 2026 Regional Policy Annual Conference"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Around 600 participants from across Germany gathered this year at the <strong>Regional Policy Annual Conference<\/strong> in Halle (Saale) to discuss the future of regional economic development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the federal competition <strong>\"Zukunft Region\"<\/strong> Beate Tr\u00e4m and Josephine Runge also attended on behalf of the <strong>STAY2GROW<\/strong> project and presented the initiative at their own information stand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference provided an ideal platform for exchanging ideas with representatives from politics, business, academia, and regional development. The central focus was on how <strong>investments, innovation, and targeted funding programs can stimulate new economic dynamics in regions and enable long-term, self-sustaining growth.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to more than 20 workshops, the program also included company visits. Particularly valuable for us once again was the networking meeting of projects within the \u201cZukunft Region\u201d competition.
